    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Hi, I'm Tanisha, founder and frontrunner of Found!

 

 I'm a counselor, coach, and speaker. After facing major trauma and PTSD in my own life, I embarked on a healing journey that led me to become a licensed therapist, coach, and public speaker.

 

Through my personal experience and professional training, I've developed a unique approach to healing that focuses on helping people rediscover a sense of safety, learn to stop panic attacks, and cultivate self-love. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome their own trauma and live fulfilling, joyful lives.

 

As a coach, I work one-on-one with clients to help them identify and address the root causes of their trauma. I offer a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, learn coping strategies, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

 

As a speaker, I share my story and insights with audiences around the world, inspiring others to take control of their own healing journeys. My talks are engaging, thought-provoking, and often include practical tips and tools for overcoming trauma or simply creating wellness in the workspace.
