What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process between a coach and a client that can help people realize their goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful personal change. The coach provides the client with support and guidance, helping them to create a plan of action, set and achieve goals, and stay motivated. Through regular conversations, the coach helps the client to stay focused on their goals and find solutions to any challenges they may face. Ultimately, the goal of life coaching is to help the client become the best version of themselves, by equipping them with the skills and resources needed to reach their desired outcome.

Hi, I'm Tanisha!

After conquering my own trauma & PTSD, I became a licensed therapist. I loved therapy, but I wanted to help people in a more accessible way. 


So, I finally decided to share my story and give what I had learned back to other survivors by becoming a coach!


 What started as a quest to conquer my own pain has turned into a system that has helped people in my community step into their healing journey and confidently show up in their lives like never before.
