What is Coaching?

Through regular conversations, I help you stay focused on your goals and find solutions to any challenges you may face. Ultimately, the goal of coaching is to help you navigate your healing journey, overcome stuck-points, learn new coping skills, and become the best version of yourself, by gaining the skills and resources needed to live the life you want.

Hi, I'm Tanisha!

After conquering my own trauma & PTSD, I became a licensed therapist. I loved therapy, but I wanted to help people in a more accessible way. 


So, I finally decided to share my story and give what I had learned back to other survivors by becoming a coach!


 What started as a quest to conquer my own pain has turned into a system that has helped people in my community step into their healing journey and confidently show up in their lives like never before.
